Currently, DCP have acquired assets with an approximate total value of $200 million across the Australian eastern seaboard, with the value of individual properties ranging from $2.1 million to $10.3 million.
Almost half of our tenants are major ASX-listed companies, with the remainder a mix of international and private domestic businesses.
Distributions average a yield of 7.36% across the portfolio, paid monthly. Since DCP was created in November 2014, eight properties have been sold delivering average total returns of 37%.”
